In 2001-2002, a new triple chair, "Easy Rider" replaced the "Platter" lift on the lower west mountain next to the Tenderfoot Lift (Chair 3). The expansion more than doubled the existing beginner lift-serviced terrain and skiers and snowboarders now enjoy enhanced lift access to the green circle runs of Question Mark and Hope Slope. Skiers and snowboarders taking group or private lessons also benefit from an enlarged Snowsports Center meeting area and a reconfiguration of the existing beginner slope whick eliminated a double fall-line.
